WhatsApp • Contacts → Conversations

Turn a WhatsApp contact into a conversation.

Reach people through a familiar two-way channel. Keep text, images, videos, files, and the customer context together in the CRM your team already uses. Or use ours.

WhatsApp is the how

Start with the channel people already use.

A reply begins a relationship. Keep messages, media, and customer context together so your team can respond without hunting across disconnected tools.

Talk naturally

Use a familiar two-way thread to help contacts ask questions and give your team a place to respond.

Keep the full context

Bring supported text, images, videos, and files together with the contact and the conversation history.

Keep follow-up connected

Use the CRM workflow your team already trusts, or manage the next step directly in myCRMSIM.

Built into WhatsApp

What you get with WhatsApp.

Personal WhatsApp accounts

No need to pay for a WhatsApp Business number. Connect a personal account number directly to your CRM, saving money while keeping communication authentic.

No pre-approved templates

Craft messages without relying on pre-approved WhatsApp templates. Write naturally, respond conversationally, and build real relationships with clients.

No 24-hour restriction

Unlike WhatsApp Business, you aren’t held to the 24-hour contact window. Reach clients when it matters, while still following WhatsApp’s platform rules.

Automatic SMS fallback

If a recipient doesn’t have WhatsApp, myCRMSIM can automatically send an SMS instead, from the same number. This requires a connected myCRMSIM SMS setup.

Works with any phone

Unlike the SMS path, which needs an Android device, the WhatsApp integration works with any phone, including iPhones.

Rich media support

Send and receive text, images, videos, and files through WhatsApp, synced into your CRM dashboard in both directions.

Group chats

Your WhatsApp groups appear in Conversations. Read the full history, reply in real time and mirror any group into your HighLevel inbox when you want it there.

Missed-call events

When a call to your WhatsApp number goes unanswered, a missed-call event reaches your CRM so your missed-call automations can respond.

Reply from the phone or the CRM

Send and reply from the device itself or from your CRM dashboard. Messages sync in both directions, so the thread is the same wherever you pick it up.

A clear path to the first reply

Start with a contact. End with a real conversation.

The channel is only the start. myCRMSIM helps your team keep the reply, customer context, and next action connected.

Pricing

Simple pricing for WhatsApp.

WhatsApp lines

Per-line pricing that tiers down as you add lines

$29/line/month monthly, $290/line/year annual

  • $29/month for 1–10 lines
  • $19/month per line for each additional line
  • Unlimited messages, subject to platform fair use

We don’t cap how many messages you send, but WhatsApp may restrict a number that sends too many bulk messages. We recommend the drip campaign snapshot and no more than one message per minute.

WhatsApp questions

Clear answers before you connect.

Review the basics here, then use Support for current setup and product guidance.

Can I use my existing CRM?
Yes. Use myCRMSIM with a supported CRM or manage the customer journey in myCRMSIM. The goal is to keep the conversation connected, not force a replacement.
What happens if a recipient doesn’t have WhatsApp?
If the recipient’s number is not connected to WhatsApp, the message can automatically be sent as an SMS through myCRMSIM, provided you have a valid myCRMSIM SMS account and an Android phone set up and connected.
Does it work with iPhones?
Yes, the WhatsApp feature works with any phone including iPhones. To send SMS as a backup you will need a SIM card installed on an Android phone and a valid myCRMSIM SMS account connected for that sub-account.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
You can connect an existing WhatsApp number. We recommend using a number separate from your personal one, in case it is restricted by WhatsApp for any reason.
Can I send bulk messages?
There is no limit from our side on how many messages you send. However, WhatsApp may block a number that sends too many bulk messages. We recommend using our drip campaign snapshot and sending no more than one message per minute.
Can I respond directly from my device?
Yes. You can reply and send messages from the device itself as well as through your CRM dashboard, with messages syncing in both directions.
Can I manage WhatsApp groups from the CRM?
Yes. Groups your connected number belongs to appear in Conversations once you sync them. You can read the full history, reply in real time and mirror any group into your HighLevel inbox. myCRMSIM cannot join a group for you.
What can I share in a conversation?
Supported setup can include text and rich media. Confirm the current media types, size limits, account conditions, and regional availability in the Knowledge Base.
How can I process a large number of contacts through a workflow or campaign?
Create batches of up to 5,000 contacts and process each batch through the workflow or campaign one at a time. Once one batch has been processed, proceed with the next batch. This approach helps manage large-volume messaging more effectively, providing a controlled and consistent sending pace while helping protect your SIM, sending number and messaging channels from excessive activity.
Does WhatsApp remove compliance responsibilities?
No. Consent, platform rules, privacy, opt-out, and local marketing requirements still apply.
