If the recipient’s number is not connected to WhatsApp, your message will automatically be sent as an SMS through myCRMSIM providing that you have a valid myCRMSIM SMS account and Android phone setup and connected.

Does it work with iPhones?

Yes, the WhatsAPP feature works with any phone, including iPhones. To send SMS as a backup you wil need a SIM card installed on an Android phine and a valid myCRMSIM SMS account connected for that subaccount

Can I Use my Existing WhatsApp number?

You can connect your existing WhatsApp number. We would recommend however that you use a seperate number to your personal one in case it does get blocked by WhatsApp.
