1. Referral Tracking and Sales Attribution
- Referrals and sales are tracked using High Levels affiliate system.
- Sales are attributed to the affiliate based on the tracking data provided by High Level tracking.
- In cases where a lead comes from different affiliate links at different times, the High Levels tracking system's data will determine the affiliate to whom the sale is awarded.
2. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute regarding the attribution of a sale or the amount of commission, affiliates may apply for a review.
- Affiliates must provide evidence to support any requested changes to commission records.
- While we may consider such requests at our discretion, we are not obligated to alter any commission records or payments.
3. Commission Payment
- Affiliate commissions are paid based on tracked sales as recorded by the High Levels system.
- Commissions are only paid for sales of myCRMSIM products and services that are part of the affiliate program.
- Sales of additional products and services to referred customers at a later date will not generate commissions unless they fall under a new commission-based structure.
- Commission payments will be made 30 days after the end of each month via PayPal.
5. Prohibited Activities
- It is against our terms to purchase your own account through your own affiliate link. Any such actions will result in forfeiture of any commissions earned from such purchases and may lead to termination from the affiliate program.
4. Finality of Decisions
- All decisions made by myCRMSIM regarding the affiliate program, including but not limited to tracking, sales attribution, disputes, and commission payments, are final.
5. Modification of Terms
- myCRMSIM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
6. Termination
- myCRMSIM reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason.
- Upon termination, the affiliate will cease to earn commissions on any future sales.
