Refund Policy

At myCRMSIM, we stand behind the quality of our platform and want you to be fully satisfied with your experience.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription. Simply contact our support team and we’ll process your request.

After the initial 30-day period, refunds are generally not available. However, we understand that unique situations may arise, and any requests submitted after 30 days may be reviewed at our sole discretion. Approval of any refund outside the 30-day refund window is not guaranteed.

No Refunds for Change of Mind After 30 days

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, including but not limited to:

- Deciding you no longer wish to use the service

- Purchasing the wrong plan or product

- Failure to use the platform or its features

- Lack of technical knowledge or unwillingness to complete setup requirements

- Moving to another provider or service

- Business circumstance changes unrelated to the functionality of the platform

We strongly encourage all customers to review the platform features, compatibility requirements, and onboarding materials before purchasing.

Terms of Service Violations

Refunds are not available for accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Abuse of the platform

- Fraudulent activity

- Spam or prohibited messaging activity

- Any misuse outlined in our Terms of Service
